More unqualified export clothing signs

In the first half of the year, Jinhua Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau examined a total of 6672 batches of export garments, amounting to US$279 million, of which 39 batches of unqualified products were detected, amounting to US$1.343 million, and the failure rate was 0.5%. The reasons for the disqualification were poor sewing, more clothing threads, unqualified clothing marks, AZO and excessive pH values, among which the unqualified clothing marks were universal.

According to reports, there are several reasons for the unsatisfactory export garment logos: First, the price of raw materials such as cotton yarn has increased, which has led garment processing companies to reduce the cost of cotton by reducing the cost, but it has not been explained in the clothing logo. Second, the company does not have customers. The relevant contents of the Shantou marks provided are strictly used for production; third, the company's inspection links are not strictly controlled. The Jinhua Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau emphasized that these problems must arouse the attention of enterprises, otherwise it will affect the overall image of the city's export apparel products.
